Malaga - “A Great Place to Live” Say Its Residents
Are Malagueños the Happiest People in Spain?
A Eurobarometer (a survey carried out by the European Commission to analyse public opinion) has shown the residents of Malaga in Andalusia to be the happiest in all of Spain in terms of how they feel about where they live.
The Eurobarometer shows that Malagueños (people from Malaga) are happier about their city than Madrileños (people from Madrid) and Barceloneses (people from Barcelona), and are also extremely optimistic about the future of both the development of the city and quality of life in Malaga.
In my own experience of living for a year in Málaga some years ago, I could not agree more. Málaga’s weather is excellent, the people are very friendly, it has great history and culture and provides good access to dozens of other wonderful places to see in Andalusia.
